We, at Classic Grown Jewelry (referred to as “the Company”), understand how important it is that the products and services that the customer purchases from (referred to as “the Site”) reaches them in time and the finest condition. Therefore, we request all our customers to carefully and adequately inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the item.

Note: Classic Grown Jewelry (Registered business name as 'Classic Grown Diamonds') is referred to as "we, our, us" in the Shipping Policy. The user or customer is referred to as "you or your" in the Shipping Policy.

When Will The Order Be Shipped?

Every product detail will have the expected arrival date mentioned, which is calculated based on the approximate days that are required to process the order and do the packing and delivery. Every item shipped by Classic Grown Jewelry is always passed via our quality control procedure. We want to ensure that our clients get the best products in the best conditions.

Classic Grown Jewelry ships the orders placed for loose diamonds immediately after the quality control procedure. Other items such as engagement rings and other jewelry items will be shipped in one to three weeks from the date of placement of the order. This will majorly depend on the production time of the item(s).

  • Classic Grown Jewelry has a cut-off time for every day, and if the order is placed before the cut-off time for the day on a regular business day (Monday – Friday), the order will be processed on the same day.
  • However, if the order is placed after the cut-off time or on holiday (including Saturday and Sunday), the order will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping To An Alternate Address

In case the customer is not present at the shipping address to collect the package, Classic Grown Jewelry can get the order shipped to an alternate address which is more convenient for the customer. However, if the customer is unable to take the package or have another person to accept it on their behalf, we can alternatively keep it at the local hold for pick up. As security to ensure that our customers are safe and protected from any sort of fraudulent activities, whenever our customers place an order amounting $1000 or more, we will confirm with the financing company about the alternate shipping address in case the address is different from the billing address.

Free Shipping

Orders placed at Classic Grown Jewelry are shipped via trusted and reliable delivery services such as FedEx, UPS Shipping, or USPS. The orders placed under ‘Free Shipping' will reach the customers in the usual time, as mentioned in the order details. However, if a customer needs an order before the delivery date, he or she can opt for a faster delivery method. This might or might not be available on some products. Also, the customer will have to pay a small fee to opt for the faster delivery method.

Gift Packaging

Classic Grown Jewelry also provides the option of sending the item as a gift, In order to provide a special touch with a free gift card as well as gift wrap, get in touch with our customer care executives to arrange the same.

Order Tracking

Once we have shipped your order, the customer will get a confirmation email which will have details regarding the order. This mail will be valid only for the items that the customer placed on the Site.The mail will have the order status along with the option to track your order with the tracking number.

Shipping Options

All the orders placed on Classic Grown Jewelry are shipped via a secure delivery carrier. The delivery date will depend on the type of delivery that the customer opts for.

  • Classic Grown Jewelry shall only ship the items to a street address. Any P.O. Box Address will not be accepted for order delivery.
  • Classic Grown Jewelry will require the customers to provide their signature at the time of delivery. This is done in order to get a confirmation that the delivery carrier has successfully completed the delivery and our customer has received the order that they had purchased on the Site.

Once we have received your signature for the delivery of the items ordered, we will mark the order complete and successfully delivered. In case of any issues or damages to the item, the customer must contact the delivery carrier immediately.

International Shipping

The customer will have to bear the additional charges for international shipping. These include but are not only restricted to, VAT, Surcharges charged or levied by the country, taxes, etc. Therefore, we request our international customers to confirm with the local authorities regarding such charges before placing an order on the Site.

Packaging of the products

Every jewelry item ordered from the Site will arrive in a pouch or a box. The pouch will be of soft fabric and will ensure that the item is protected from any sort of external damage.

If a customer places an order of loose diamond or a ring on the Site, the item will be presented in a ring box. This is to ensure that the item reaches you in the best condition at the time of delivery. The loose diamond(s) will be held by a tension-secured spring ring. This will hold the item in place and is only for presentation purposes. No customer should wear this.

However, it is the customer’s duty to file for damaged or lost item(s) received at the time of delivery. Once the item is shipped from the warehouses of Classic Grown Jewelry, it is the responsibility of the delivery carrier to ensure successful delivery.
