In this Return Policy, ‘we, us, our’ refers to Classic Grown Diamonds. ‘You and Your' refers to the customers and users. is referred to as ‘the Site,' and Classic Grown Diamonds is referred to as ‘the Company.’

15-Day Return Policy

We, at Classic Grown Diamonds, ensure that we continue to serve you in the best way possible even after delivery. We allow our customers with the option of a 15-day return from the date of shipment. Our customers can request for return or exchange without any charge and no questions asked.

Note: 15 day return policy is not valid for customized orders.

Return Policy

Classic Grown Diamonds accepts return and exchange requests within 15 days of the date of shipment of the particular item. Our team will send a shipping label to your registered email address within one working day of placing a return request.

Note: The customer will have to pay for the price of shipping the product back to our warehouse.

The customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is needed for every return request.

The customer must ensure that the item is in original purchase condition at the time of return. If the item is not in the same condition as when purchased, the customer will not be eligible for a return. Also, it should have the same product documentation that was received at the time of delivery. The item must be shipped back to Classic Grown Diamonds within 15 days from the date of purchase.

In case you want a different item, place a refund request, and then the customer shall purchase a new item. The refund can take up to two weeks to be processed.

In case the customer receives a damaged product, he or she should immediately refuse the delivery. The customer should also get in touch with the customer support team at Classic Grown Diamonds and raise a complaint. Classic Grown Diamonds is not responsible for any damaged item during delivery or loss of an item. However, the customer must get in touch with executives at Classic Grown Diamonds within five days from the receipt of the order in case of missing or damaged item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized engraved jewelry might not be eligible for returns.
  • Items purchased during special offers might not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • The shipping fee that is charged at for the delivery will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Items without a Classic Grown Diamonds RMA will not be accepted.
  • Any item that does not have the necessary product or paperwork will not be processed for return or exchange.
  • Eternity rings which have diamond(s) or gemstone(s) depending on the finger size, as well as ornate bands and/ or specific silver rings or alternative metal rings including Tungsten, cannot be resized. Therefore, please ensure that you are ordering the correct size of the ring at the time of ordering. You can also get in touch with our customer support team for guidance. However, these rings may not be returned.

International Returns

In case an international customer has to return an item, he or she will have to bear the charges for shipping which might be additional. Classic Grown Diamonds has complete right over charging the credit card provided by the customer at the time of purchase for any additional fees that we might incur for a return request.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

Following is the procedure to be followed if a customer wants to return an item to Classic Grown Diamonds.

  • Initiate your return request and select the carrier for return pickup and delivery

    In case the customer returns an item or items within 15 days, they will be provided with a shipping label after processing the return. This is valid only two times a year for every customer. No return request will be entertained post 15 days. Every return must have the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It must be clear on the front side of the box in which you will be returning the item.

    • For jewelry item(s) less than $500 being returned within 15 days:

      Customers can opt for online returns for item(s) which are of value $500 or less.

    • For jewelry item(s) of value more than $500 being returned within 15 days:

      The customers are recommended to get in touch with our customer support executives for item(s) of value more than $500.

  • Packing of the item(s)

    In case the customer is trying to return an item or items, he or she must ensure that proper and necessary documentation is in place. The appraisal(s) or diamond grading reports must be included in the package. In case of repairs, the diamond grading report is not required. In case the customer misplaces the diamond grading report or does not include the same with the package, he or she will be fined $150 or equivalent amount in other currencies as the cost of replacement.

    Note: Customers are eligible for the repair of the item only if the diamonds have become loose or are dislodged.

    Note: Do not mention the name of the company, Classic Grown Diamonds on the outside of the box.

After the return is processed and received

Usually, Classic Grown Diamonds processes return on weekdays and within 24 business hours. Once the return has been processed, the customer will get an alert email stating that the return has been processed and the item(s) has been passed onto the Quality Assurance Department for further check. This procedure might take 5 to 15 working days.

  • In cases of refund

    Within 3 working days from the date of processing the return request, the credit will be transferred to your bank. The entire process might take up to 10 working days for the amount to be credited in your account. Usually, the bank wire transfers of $1000 or more take about 7 to 10 working days. Transactions done via PayPal will get the refund amount in the PayPal account, which might take up to 14 working days.

  • In cases of return

    Whenever a customer places a return request, once the shipment date has been set, the customer will get an email.

Note: After a long/ significant holiday period, there might be a heave return request. Due to this, the rate of return might be affected.

Cancellation Or Change Of An Order

In case the customer wishes to change or cancel an item(s) before the shipment has been made, he or she should reach out to Classic Grown Diamonds’s customer support at +1-212-221-3667. Our team will try to accommodate the request in the best of our powers. However, in case of change of item(s), there might be a delay in shipment. In case the item(s) has already been shipped, our team will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or change request. The customer will then have to process for a return.

Return Status

To check the status of your return request, you can visit the ‘My Account' section. On that page, there will be an Order section which will have the statuses of all your orders placed on Classic Grown Diamonds.
